Service & Repairs Policy
Grant have a dedicated in-house technical and service department team who are always on hand to manage your product repairs and service enquiries. Our team of qualified electronic and mechanical engineers can help resolve everything from product preventative maintenance to servicing and repairs. We make it our business to help, and that’s why our service reputation stands strong.
Once we receive your Grant product, we will conduct a thorough analysis to determine the extent of the repairs required and provide you with a quotation to fix the product. If your product is still under warranty, the cost of repair will be waived.
Should your product be beyond economical repair, we may suggest and quote for a replacement product, offering a 10% discount for all returning customers, dependent on availability*.
Grant aim to complete all repairs within five to seven working days of receipt of the item. Should the product take longer than this, we will always notify our customers of this change.
All our servicing, repairs and calibration is undertaken in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
