Control of temperature in industrial inkjet print heads for research and production systems.

Brief

Various clients including Xennia, Xaar and Inca contacted us with a requirement to develop equipment for investigating optimal temperature in the print head and to develop a closed-loop circulation system included in production units.

Skill and technology

Our knowledge of temperature control and feedback loops, plus the ability to set and maintain accurate temperature control at ± 0.1ºC using circulating heating/cooling systems, allowed us to develop solutions for both development and production printing systems.
