OQ610 series and 64-bit Vista operating systems, all other
operating systems including 32-bit Vista the driver will install
correctly. To check the version of your operating system, enter the
Control Panel then System and Maintenance and System the O/S can be
found under System type.
Issue:
This is related to the OQ610 USB driver not being installed on
Microsoft Windows 64-bit Vista operating system.
Symptoms:
USB driver is not installed correctly.
Solution:
Currently the only solution would be to have the operating
system loaded as 32-bit Windows Vista
